The MYA LAX is a volunteer-run organization. We want to express how crucial parental involvement is to the success of our program. This role is essential for keeping everything on track and allowing the coaches to focus on teaching the game.

3. Fundraising and Sponsorship: Our organization relies on fundraising to cover expenses such as equipment, field rentals, and travel. If you have experience in fundraising or connecting with local businesses, you can play a crucial role in securing sponsorships, organizing fundraisers, or seeking grants to ensure our program remains financially sustainable.

4. Event Planning and Volunteer Coordination: We host various events throughout the year, from tournaments to fundraisers. If you have a knack for event planning and coordination, your expertise can help make these events a success. Additionally, we need volunteers to help organize and manage these events effectively.

5. Field Maintenance and Equipment: Keeping our playing fields and equipment in good condition is essential. If you have expertise in field maintenance or equipment management, your help is greatly appreciated. Ensuring the safety and quality of the playing environment is essential for our young athletes.

6. Community Outreach and Promotion: Spreading the word about our program and recruiting new players is another way parents can contribute. You can help by promoting our organization within the community, sharing our mission, and encouraging other families to get involved.
